Ignite 2009

On our way to the concert!!
BJ and I were sitting under the bleachers waiting for the storm to pass, so I pulled out the camera and snapped this cheesy picture of us!
They packed half of us under the bleachers and the other half went to the gym. Unfortunately the storm interrupted Sanctus Real and I didn't get a chance to get a picture of them, they were really good though!
Flyleaf
Kirk Cameron, amazing speaker. He talked about the movie Fireproof. Luckily BJ and I had seen it so we knew what he was talking about!
Francis, he spoke to the lucky half of the people in the gym! We just happened to be in there! The entire gym filled up before it was over with....and the other half was still under the bleachers. So many of us there!
David Crowder Band. He pulled out some old school instruments and played some 80's music. It was so much fun!
I love this picture, with Chris Tomlin he had candles set up all over the stage. The big picture is of the orchestra and the one man standing was the director, it sounded awesome!

Chris Tomlin, he's such a funny guy. He got so excited with the crowd. It was an amazing concert. BJ and I found out about it at 11:45 in the morning and it started at 2! Tickets were going to be pretty high, but when we got there we found someone who had a stack of them for cheap! I'm so glad we got to go. BJ really likes Flyleaf and has always wanted to me to see them live. It was an AWESOME day and we are so blessed that we were able to make it.

April 17th

I made a spontaneous visit to Oklahoma. What fun! I sure did enjoy seeing my sister, nieces and nephews. Jeremiah is growing so fast it is unbelievable! Josiah is always funny, he comes up with some of the cutest stories ever. While I was there I got assigned "baby duty" what a TERRIBLE duty! I had to entertain the baby when he wanted it...it was so much fun to play with him and see him blow tons of spit bubbles! Lorena and I took all 4 kids to the bowling alley for Josiah's first trip to the bowling alley. He had so much fun and wanted to keep bowling. Lorena and I got a chance to break away from the busy business and go to one of my favorite stores, Gordman's. We laughed so hard and had so much fun. Who knew shopping would provide so much entertainment when mom wasn't there wearing an old school life preserver! haha. I also got to see and help work on my brother-in-law's new awesome shop! It is in such a great location and they have made some MAJOR transformations to 2 rooms. I'm anxious to go back to see how it turned out with everything in it.
